I came to SRQ under the recommendation of my wife who had a root canal procedure performed by Dr. Ortiz last year. Dr. Ortiz and his assistant Wendy are both courteous and professional. I came in for a root canal after a consultation with the doctor. He thoroughly explained the procedure and gave me options. i decided on the root canal and Dr.Ortiz did a painless and superb job. I must mention that the doctor used a device that helped hold my mouth open during the procedure which greatly increased my comfort level, it was very appreciated. The doctor and his staff were excellent, the office was very nice and clean , I highly recommend Dr.Raul Ortiz and this office.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about SRQ Endodontics. I started experiencing severe tooth pain on 6/23, and by 6/25 it had escalated to the point where I was in tears. My regular dentist referred me to SRQ Endodontics, and their office staff got me in to see Dr. Elsie Sierra the very same day. From the moment I called, the receptionist was incredibly empathetic and told me to come right in. I arrived around 3:30pm, completed my paperwork, and was quickly brought back for additional scans. Dr. Sierra’s assistant was kind, gentle, and efficient — exactly what I needed in that moment. Dr. Sierra examined me and immediately decided to perform the root canal that day. She even asked her tech if she would stay late, and she agreed without hesitation. This was my first root canal, and because of the infection, it was not an easy experience — but Dr. Sierra made all the difference. She soothed me with her gentle tone, reassured me throughout the procedure, and even comforted me with a light pat on the shoulder when the pain overwhelmed me. I couldn’t be happier with the care I received here. From the moment I walked in, the entire team made me feel genuinely welcome in the warmest, most calming environment. Millie, Rubi and the front desk staff are incredibly kind, attentive, and accommodating—they went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable every step of the way. The office is immaculate, the technology is state-of-the-art, and the level of care is exceptional. My endodontist, Elsie J. Sierra, DMD was so gentle that I barely even noticed when she gave me the anesthesia injections—it was that smooth. She took time to thoroughly explain everything from diagnosis to the procedure to the expected outcomes, and clearly defining the possible outcomes that helped me decide the best option of care, which made me feel confident and at ease. What really stood out was how warm and personable she was, sharing little stories about her children that made the whole visit feel more like chatting with a caring friend than sitting in a dental chair. Dr. Ortiz did what I believe was an amazing job re-treating a molar that was originally root canaled 20 or more years ago. Hopefully saved the tooth( will know for sure in 6 months). Apparently, I am one of the 20% that have the 4 th canal in the tooth that was missed back then. I also was able to see the whole procedure in the reflection between the dental light and his small tooth mirror. Incredible!
